I start with the doll in kit form consisting of a plain highly durable vinyl head and set of limbs and a separate cloth body. No two can ever be the same as they are hand-painted with heat-set top quality paints.

I spend many hours on each doll to ensure incredible realism. I take pleasure in painting each one with minute traces of veins and natural blemishes and even "stork-bites" on the newborn neck.

I add tiny nail "manicures" and shading and blushing until I am convinced I could not produce a more beautiful result. I micro root the softest mohair into the vinyl scalp to produce a very convincing baby hairstyle.

The body is then filled with the cuddliest stuffing and it is weighted to give it that real baby feel even to it having a "floppy" head that instinct makes us want to support!
